In addition to acting as a digital syllabus, this website features images and metadata for each object covered in class, an interactive map of course content, a timeline, and helpful links and further information on both class topics broadly, and individual works of art or architecture. It is intended to act as a tool for accessing and studying course content. &#13;

Each item includes the following:&#13;
&#13;
- Object metadata, such as title, date, corresponding figure number in Janson's, and location.&#13;
&#13;
- One or more images of the work.&#13;
&#13;
- A point on the timeline (which can be clicked to pull up the item).&#13;
&#13;
- One or two hotspots on the map. When possible, both original and current location are mapped. &#13;
&#13;
Many objects are further supplemented with one or more of the following:&#13;
&#13;
- Links to helpful videos.&#13;
&#13;
- Relevant news articles.&#13;
&#13;
- Scholarly sources.&#13;
&#13;
- 3D models.&#13;

Each geographic/temporal unit is given a different color, and each subcategory within the unit are given a different shade of that color:&#13;
